Health & Wellness Coaching

Fit 4 The Call is our Life Transformation Program, designed to improve your mental, spiritual, and physical health. We provide a safe space for women in ministry to renew their minds, transform their health, and become good stewards of their bodies so they can live life abundantly and serve in excellence! (Romans 12:2)

JumpLit is a fitness experience like none other! It is a 45 minute class that combines jumping rope and dancing with high energy music that’s bound to motivate you to push yourself beyond your limits. This fun-filled workout promotes self-care, self-confidence, and self-love through routines are physically demanding yet fun!

Private JumpLit Classes
Birthday parties, retreats, corporate events, or just plain fun. A JumpLit class is a fun-filled time that fits just about any occasion you see fit!
