Welcome to Jump2It Fitness, my health and wellness business! Jump2It Fitness currently provides fitness classes via Zoom as well as a health and wellness program called G.L.A.M Total Transformation. At Jump2It Fitness, our mission is to help women get to a place where they prioritize self-care, walk in self-confidence, and embrace self-love. Below you will find more details on the services we currently provide.

G.L.A.M. Total Transformation is a 6 week total health and wellness program designed for the busy mom. Through this program, I help overwhelmed, broken moms transform from the inside out by renewing their minds and prioritizing their health and wellness, with NO mommy guilt! (Romans 12:2)

During the program, we focus on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and leave no stone unturned. I push my moms to dig deep and do the dirty work so that they can truly heal from the inside out and become the best version of themselves. There’s only one rule for those who join this program:

JumpLit Classes

JumpLit is a fitness experience like none other! It is a 30 minute class that combines jumping rope and dancing with high energy music that’s bound to motivate you to push yourself beyond your limits. This is a fun-filled workout designed to promote self-care, self-confidence, and self-love. The routines have been choreographed in a way that is physically demanding yet fun.

While JumpLit classes are held weekly for the ladies in G.L.A.M. Total Transformation, public JumpLit classes currently only take place on a pop-up basis. If you would like to receive information about the upcoming pop-up classes, be sure to follow me on Instagram and Facebook.
